I’m teaching classes at the (senior) center this month to help people exercise with the activator poles from urban poling inc. If you have not tried it yet, it’s a great exercise tool to help you burn more calories and improve your endurance. Come check out my classes and see what you think then sign up for one in the new year!

Hi Everyone! Just a friendly reminder to look at our schedule before heading out to the site classes take place. I am hoping everyone will get adjusted to booking classes on the app and notice when the class isn't available due to my own scheduling needs. I have one kid left to graduate from HS and there are several SENIOR activities that I need to be involved in so I apologize for not being available at times. SEE YOU IN CLASS when I can!
